The author is someone who follows correct programming rules! The W30.EXE program can be downloaded from the Files Section at the Yahoo Roland S Series Samplers Group and is located in the folder named W30_CD (W30 Tool for CD creation) I'm amazed that it still works on my system 25 years after it was coded.

I was unable to make it work as‑is on my Windows 7 (32‑Bit) system. When in doubt, use a Utopia Boot CD to launch games that seem unlaunchable (Region issues) or an Action Replay CDX (Not recommended). I think it was initially coded to run on WIN3.1 or WIN95. ALWAYS aim for CDI images rather than ISO or BIN/CUE - the latter have issues when it comes to multi-ToC discs. It has an easy to use GUI with windows and buttons. Thankfully, it's not a command line utility. The program I used to create the W‑30 *.iso files was written decades ago by Gabor Pikacs.
